Neil was introduced to the world of personal growth about 20 years ago through an extensive course presented by The Pacific Institute called Investment in Excellence for the 90′s. Neil loved the training and soon began to practice and live by the principles introduced there. Those initial teachings planted some of the foundational seeds of personal growth that he still uses today.
Throughout his life, Neil has always taken some form of training. Whether it be an accounting, finance, computer or personal development class or reading an article or book on a topic of interest, Neil has never stopped learning.
In 2006, Neil completed a life coaching program with Erickson College. Neil’s training and drive has led him to become an action oriented life coach. This means your coaching sessions with Neil are about taking action steps towards living your mission.
Neil’s Personal Mission
To explore, challenge and guide the awakening of the inner truth in all those I meet.
Neil is absolutely passionate about inspiring and guiding people into uncovering and living their life passions. He is so passionate about this that he designed (with the help of Rick and Tina) a entire weekend retreat designed specifically to uncover your personal life mission.
Neil is currently working towards his accreditation with IAF (International Association of Facilitators) and is also a member of IAP2 (International Association of Public Participation). Neil is now a certified facilitator for The Passion Test™.
Neil has shared his acquired knowledge deep in the heart of the Amazon jungle; in the public environment – facilitating learning sessions at the Calgary Public Library; and in the corporate environment, teaching computer classes and introductory finances. He also spent time mentoring young minds as a Boy Scout Leader and as a floor hockey coach for the Special Olympics program.
Neil truly believes that life is a grand adventure.

Neil and Tina (his wife of 26 years) have certainly lived a life of adventure. They have whitewater rafted, skied, gone hang gliding, horse back-riding, sailed a yacht, and rode mountain bikes in the mountains. They’ve camped in the outback of Australia, gone caving in New Zealand and snorkelled in every warm water destination they’ve been to. Most recently Neil explored the ruins in Machu Piichu.
Neil looks forward to meeting you in person, so he can “infect” you with his love of life!
